Lost and found items are managed by UBC Lost & Found

If you have lost or found an item on the UBC Vancouver campus, please contact UBC Lost & Found.

UBC Lost & Found

All found property received by Campus Security Services will be turned over to UBC Lost & Found next business day. UBC Lost & Found manages all lost and found items, and will only accept keys, IDs, and valuable items found within 7-days. Non-valuable items and items that may present a health or hygiene concern such as food/water containers, earbuds and anything soiled or smelly will not be accepted.

Lost your UBC card, U-Pass BC, or Compass card?

If you have lost your UBC card or it has been stolen, follow the steps below:

  1. If your card is used for access, inform your supervisor!
  2. Request a new card
  3. Deactivate your meal plan dollars
